Terms of Service
Last updated: July 11, 2026
These terms are an agreement between Arnova Technologies Ltd. (“Arnova”, “we”, “us”) and the business that subscribes to our service (“you”). By creating an account or paying for a plan you agree to them. Plain English is used deliberately — it is all binding.
1. The service
Arnova provides an AI phone receptionist: it answers calls to your Arnova number 24/7, captures caller and job details, sends you a text summary after each call, shows your calls and leads in a dashboard, and — on plans that include it — books appointments into your connected Google Calendar. Setup is done for you; most businesses are live within a few business days of completing onboarding.
2. Plans, minutes, and overage
Plans are monthly subscriptions billed in Canadian dollars: Starter ($149/month, 200 included minutes), Pro ($299/month, 500 included minutes), and Scale ($499/month, 1,000 included minutes). Included minutes reset each billing month and do not roll over. Call time is billed per call, rounded up to the next whole minute. If you use more than your included minutes, the extra minutes are billed at $0.75 per minute on your next invoice — your line is never cut off for going over. A one-time $299 setup fee applies at signup unless waived by a current offer shown on our pricing page.
3. Billing and payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. If a renewal payment fails, we will retry it and contact you; if it remains unpaid, we may suspend the service until payment is resolved. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice — changes never apply retroactively, and you can cancel before a change takes effect.
4. Cancellation and the guarantee
Every plan is month-to-month. You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges are made. Amounts already billed, including overage, are not refunded on cancellation — with one exception: if you are not satisfied within your first 14 days of live service, tell us and we will refund your first month's subscription fee in full. The guarantee applies once per business, to the first subscription month only.
5. What you're responsible for
Providing accurate business information during onboarding (the AI answers based on what you tell us); telling us when your hours, services, or details change; having the right to forward your business number to Arnova; and using the service lawfully. You must not use Arnova to receive calls for emergency dispatch (it is not a 911 or life-safety service), or for any unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purpose. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Calls, recordings, and caller notice
The AI receptionist identifies itself as an AI assistant and discloses that calls may be recorded. Recordings, transcripts, and captured lead details from your line belong to your business; we process them to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree not to ask us to disable the AI identification or recording disclosure — they are legal requirements in Canada.
7. Service levels and honest limits
We build for reliability, but no phone, AI, or internet service is perfect. The AI may occasionally mishear, and outages at our telecom or infrastructure providers can happen. Where supported by your setup, calls the service cannot handle can be forwarded to your mobile. The service is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee that every call will be answered, captured, or booked correctly. You should review your dashboard and text notifications rather than relying on the service as your only record.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arnova's total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost jobs, lost revenue, or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under British Columbia law.
9. The live demo line
The public demo number is provided for evaluation. Don't submit real customer details or use it unlawfully. Demo calls are recorded and handled per the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be emailed to active clients at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia. Questions: hello@arnova.app.
